Cancelled premium membership, haven't received refund

I cancelled my WordPress Premium on 14th Aug, now over the 5-7 business days but haven’t received my refund. Cant seem to find a customer service email or phone line to contact to discuss?

Hi there,
I checked your account and confirmed that WordPress.com issued you a full refund for that WordPress.com Premium plan (A$129) on August 14, 2015. You can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.
That refund will go back to the same payment source you used to make the purchase. If you haven’t received that refund yet, you can use the PayPal reference ID near the top of your refund receipt (listed next to PayPal Ref:) and contact PayPal to check the status of that refund.

I cancelled my wordpress premium and domain upgrade on time on 22nd Aug, now its been 3-4 bussiness days but i haven`t recieved my refund. Cant seem to find customer service email or phone line to contact to discuss?

Hi ilikechem03, please use our contact form to get in touch directly and our team can help you out with that! (It can sometimes take 1-2 for refunds to be reflected on your credit card/bank statement, so it may just take a bit longer for you to see the refund.)
