Cancelled Premium – No Confirmation Email

Hello,
I am trying to cancel my premium account because I want to add my own theme and wordpress.com does not allow that, but wordpress.org does. Such, I want to cancel my premium account and get my refund. However, when I attempt to cancel I do not get a confirmation email to my address. I have hit cancel and confirmed many times yet still get no confirmation email and still have access to my premium account.

I have had exactly the same experience. I cancelled my Premium account on December 1st, received an email and clicked the Confirm button which simply returned me to my account. I didn’t see the refund message that appears in your support content.
I am concerned that the refund will not be processed because now I am outside the 30 days and have gone through the process again, which is simply cancelling my site.

Yes, the system did not issue you a refund although I see you attempted to make one. So, I went ahead and issued the refund for you. It will take 7-10 days for the charge to reflect on your bank statement. Sorry for the glitch!

I’m having the same issue as well. No confirmation email when trying to cancel and having a very difficult time getting contact email so I’m here.

Your charges were voided in time. Did you see anything processing on your bank statement?
