Cancelled Premium now my domains from another host can't find my wordpress site
-
Last night I contacted chat (as I was still on Premium, erroneously, no idea I don’t have privilege of chatting without it) to get a refund since WP automatically upgraded me to Premium which I did not request. They said they would process refund. Now I go type in a browser window capeannpiano, which is my domain name, which is over at namecheap pointing at my wordpress site and I’m getting a page: “capeannpiano.wordpress.com doesn’t exist.” I know it doesn’t–my wordpress site is julieclevelandpianostudio.wordpress.com and has been for a long time.
How do I resolve quickly as folks can’t get to my site right now by typing in my domain name(s) (also have “capeannpianostudio.com”).
Not happy. This has happened before when they charged me erroneously for Premium then gave me a refund.
Can someone please advise ASAP? I would GREATLY appreciate it. Would make my day. Thank you. Julie ClevelandThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Julie,
The only way you would have had a Premium Plan is if you bought it from My Site ->Plans. Upgrade plans are never added automatically to any site. It looks like you did that last year on 28 December, but you cancelled that again on 29 December and bought the Personal Plan instead on 30 December. You can see the receipts for these three transactions in your account billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
The recent $48 renewal charge on your account was for the renewal of that Personal Plan. You can see this specified on the receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/33106808. If it were the Premium Plan it would have renewed at $96.
The Personal Plan was on your site until Monday, when you requested that we cancel it. The domain, capeannpiano.com, no longer loads your WordPress.com site, because the domain mapping upgrade that connected it here was part of the plan that you asked us to cancel.
To reconnect your domain, please go to My Site ->Plans and add a new Personal Plan to your site. Once you’ve added back the plan, you can add a new domain mapping upgrade at My Site ->Domains ->Add by selecting the option there to use a domain you already own. The domain mapping is free with the plan.

Hi Kokkieh,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I’ve had a free WordPress site for over 7 years.
So this all confused me.
Are you saying that WP sites that were free are no longer free?
I do see the accounting now. I had a free site; my 21 yr old tech kid upgraded me, eagerly, without asking me!, to the $76 one, which I didn’t want or need, so we went back to a “personal” which I see here, but didn’t remember but why couldn’t I have just gone back to the free version? (see excuse below)
Pls clarify: My domain mapping was $13 a yr for my free site from May 2013 through to “Personal Plan” in Dec 2017. My no ads was $30 a yr, same deal, from May 2013. So I assume the Personal Plan *includes* the mapping and no ads now with $5 left over for __? Do I have that correct?
All this went by me (I must have forgotten) as 6 days later, on Jan 4, I lost my car, along with 72 other car owners, in a massive flood of a parking lot here in the city where I live. (I know, no excuse, but I was preoccupied).
So if that’s the case, can I pls have my Personal Plan reinstated which includes (if I have this right) my domain mapping and my no ads plus 5 bucks for ?
Thank you for your assistance and patience, and clarifications. -
