Cancelled Premium trial 2 days early-still charged $99 today.

Hello!
Since there are no phone numbers to contact WP billing, how will I inform them that I was still charged even though I have a cancellation receipt? I was sure two cancel two days before the trial ended, so as to avoid exactly this.
Ironically, I still only have the free access even though the charges went through. Funny how it always works that way- the “accidents” are always in the taking, not the giving :)

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Great news.Please remove the modlook tag from the sidebar by clicking the tiny X beside it.
