Cancelled Premium Trial and Still Billed

Hi. I cancelled all the services I paid for at wordpress within a couple days of purchasing them- domain mapping ($13 each) as well as two trial premium upgrades ($99 each). I purchased the upgrades for my wordpress domains and cancelled them both well within the free trial period, yet was still charged and received no refund. Please resolve the issue by refunding my money and cancelling the services. I opted to host my own wordpress account instead and don’t need the services. I setup and then cancelled the services within a couple days at the most. Thank you for your help. I have left a message and sent contacted wordpress through customer support and not heard back. Thanks in advance.

Dashboard → Store → Billing HistoryAre you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

I am logged in under the same name and despite the fact that I have cancelled the upgrades multiple times they still show up under My Upgrades and I have been billed $99 twice. Please do have a staff follow up. I am very concerned about this use unauthorized use of my credit card number.
