Cancelled Premium Upgrade

  I just cancelled my Premium upgrade and requested a refund. However, I got a notification from my bank that my account was charged for a purchase from WordPress immediately after the cancellation (pending statement from my bank). Please tell me if I could get a refund of the amount.

  That’s correct. Your original charge was made on February 21 and the refund request made earlier today. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.

  If you get past 10 days from today and the refund is still not showing in your account, get back in touch and we can look into this for you.
