Cancelled Premium upgrade, but still charged

Hello,
I have sent an email and a private support ticket (although now that I cancelled the upgrade, that may no longer be functional). I cancelled my Premium upgrade and received an email confirming the cancellation. However, I was charged $99 (it shows up as a pending charge on my bank statement). There is nothing in my billing history other than the free trial, and I was never emailed a receipt or invoice. I am worried that the $99 is gone since there is no record on my WordPress account that I was ever charged – the only evidence is on my bank statement. Is there a way to get a refund for the upgrade that isn’t even in my billing history? I appreciate a quick answer to this question. Thanks!

I am seeing that payment as having been voided on our end. So that pending charge should disappear from your account. You could double check with your bank if you want to confirm.

Thanks, that’s all I needed to know – since I couldn’t see it on my billing history and couldn’t actually request a refund, I wanted to know that it COULD be refunded. I appreciate the quick response!
