Cancelled Premium Upgrade which cancelled Customization— one paid month left

  Hey WP Staff!

  I decided to cancel the premium upgrade because it doesn’t serve my purpose at this time. My domain name renewal is still intact.

  However, the Customization upgrade that I bought a year ago, still has time left on it. BUT! It has disappeared because I cancelled the Premium Upgrade. Can you fix this please?

  Dear WP Staff,

  Just to underscore this question: I am not asking about the premium upgrade that I just cancelled.

  I am asking about the one-year customization upgrade that I paid for separately last spring, which should still be entirely active for at least another month, possibly two before I have to renew it.

  So to recap: The one year customization upgrade, which I paid for separately last summer, and should still be active right now, disappeared when I cancelled the premium upgrade.

  Dear WP Staff,

  WHOOPS! Correction: I should have four months left on my original Custom Design upgrade— I paid for it on September 22, 2012.
  

  I have a reference number which I can give you privately if you need to double-check my information.
