CANCELLED PURCHASE RIGHT AWAY; NO REFUND OR RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES IN 12 WEEKS

WordPress indicates my cancellation is still pending – after 12 (yep… TWELVE) weeks. I have contacted WP twice about the issue (through appropriate channels on the site) and have not received a response. If this post happens to fall into the hands of someone who will expedite my promised refund, that will be fabulous.

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
