Cancelled Services but I do need the domain name

  Hello there,
  I took out a plan and bought the domain name bluefox.wales

  I cancelled after a few days, as I could not get to grips with WordPress.
  I had previously used Adobe Muse, and was looking for a similar experience. Unfortunately the only way I could see myself getting that was by upgrading the plan to use plug-ins, which as an individual is too expensive.

  I have read since that the domain may never be released again in the future. Is it possible to reclaim that domain name that I had stupidly just cancelled before it disappears entirely?

  We can still restore the domain for you. I’ve sent the manual payment request to you via email. Please complete the payment as soon as possible and let us know here and we’ll restore the domain for you. You can then point the domain to another host of your choice. :)

  Since it’s a newly registered domain, you will need to wait 60 days before transferring it away, but don’t worry; you can use it with a site hosted elsewhere right away.
