Cancelled site

    Hi! I was wanting to put my site offline, but I think I cancelled my domain and I am trying to transfer for it to a different site. I cannot find the site or the domains page in order to start that process. Thank you for any help you can provide!

    Hi there,

    What is the domain you cancelled? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any domain upgrades with us.

    I do see you had a self-hosted WordPress site connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin, tatyanakiahra.com. All you’ve done on our end is to remove that Jetpack connection. We don’t have any control over your site or domain aside from that.

    The domain itself appears to be expired. That domain is registered with Hostgator.com, so please contact them directly for more help with this.
