Cancelled site

    Hi, I upgraded from free to personal, and then personal to premium. Some weeks later then decided to upgrade from premium to business, paid, but changed my mind. I immediately cancelled, but now have been reverted back to the free plan- the refund was only the difference I paid between premium and business. I wish to stay at premium- can anyone assist?
