Cancelled subscription

  I cancelled my subscription on the 14th July and received an email to say that the message was received and a refund of USD 78 was supposed to be back in my account 7-10 working days. It is now the 30th July and I haven’t had it reversed into the account,
  Please assist.

  The refund was sent July 14.

  Since it was sent the same day of the charge, your credit card provider may have processed it as a reversal, meaning the original charge may have simply been removed.
