  Refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you.

  Hi there!

  I just checked your account and I can confirm that the payment has already been refunded. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  As shubhamgmath mentioned above, refunds can take a couple of billing cycles to appear on your credit card/bank, and sometimes, banks will just remove the original payment when there’s a full refund. So I’d suggest waiting some time before contacting your bank/card issuer to ask about the status of the refund if you don’t see it after a couple of weeks.
