Cancelled subscription, but still charged!

I had to use the two week free trial for my class. I cancelled my subscription to the upgrade the night before the subscription ended, but the site still charged me the $99.00. I need a refund. My subscription was cancelled yesterday, May 18 and my account was still billed the next day, May 19 in an unnecessary charge. How do I get my refund?

Okay, I will call my bank because it still says its been charged. Is there a grace period before it cancels?

I would check with your bank again to be sure. The authorization may have gone through without the actual charge going through. Then when it was canceled, the actual charge wasn’t ever run.
