    Hi, I just cancelled the subscription but still want to keep the domain name is it too late?

    No, it is not. Did you cancel your domain too? I hope you only cancelled your subscription.
    If your domain is set to ‘auto renewal’, it should automatically get renewed, otherwise you can check in your Account Settings> Manage Purchases to see the details regarding your domain.

    @alicelately I was able to spot the domain from our end. You cancelled within the first 48 hours, so you were refunded for the domain, and it will be released for purchase elsewhere within the next few days.

    If you intend to use the domain elsewhere, I’d recommend waiting, then buying it through your new host.

    Or, we do a have a short grace period where we can restore the domain to your account here, too. We’d need to create an invoice for you, you’d need to pay that, then we’d restore it, then you’d need to point it to the new host and wait for propagation … then transfer the domain after 60 days. In all it’s only a little less time than waiting for the domain to be released, and more hassle. But we’ll still do it if you’d like. Let us know.
