Cancelled subscription – refund?

    Hey there,
    This website has been inactive for some time and I no longer need jet pack for it. I did cancel the subscription as soon as it was charged to my card – will you please issue me a refund and let me know when that will be processed?

    Hi! Generally, if you cancel right after a renewal, you’ll have a refund automatically. The charges may even be voided and removed from your statement. However, the routing can take a while. If you still see an underfunded charge after ~10 business days, please let us know.
