Cancelled the auto-renewal and now only have basic access

I paid for a three year Premium plan and cancelled the auto-renewal.

I now only have Basic access, but my three-year premium plan was paid for.

The following is the text from Customer Service:

I understand your concern about your three-year Premium plan that
started on June 10, 2025. Looking at your account information, I can
see you purchased a Premium plan on June 10, 2025 for
easlertravelcom.wordpress.com, which should indeed still be active.

This appears to be an unusual situation since your plan shouldn’t have
expired yet. Since you’ve already paid for a three-year term, you
definitely shouldn’t have to pay again.

I recommend reaching out to our support team by sending an email to
help@wordpress.com with details about your three-year Premium plan
purchase. They can investigate what happened to your plan and restore
    it without requiring additional payment.

I have had absolutely no response other than that.

I have given WordPress the time to fix this, and have since went to GoDaddy, created the site to my satisfaction, and even spoke with a real person.

I want a pro-rated refund. I am fully aware that this is
outside of the normal refund window, but this is ridiculous.
