Cancelled the business plan subscription, impossible to upgrade to personal plan

    Hello! I just cancelled and refunded my business plan subscription, just an hour after the auto-renew. I am right now thinking of choosing the personal plan; however, it keeps showing ‘Sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.’

    I checked several articles in the forum, it says, I need to go to Purchases and select Remove Plan. When I clicked Purchases, I don’t see this option available. Could you please help? A big thank you in advance!
