Cancelled upgrade

  I cancelled my upgrade yesterday, cause I’m using another domain allankaaber.dk.
  But i forgot to conform in the mail I got, and today I was billed for it.

  How can I get my money back?

  Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
