Cancelled upgrade but my card has been charged

  I cancelled Upgrade of Business account during Trial Period but my card has been charged now (after 14 days).How did this happen?

  I only see a single transaction, and it has been successfully voided:

  If there are any temporary holds, they should disappear within a few days.
