Cancelled Upgrade – Still Billed

Hi there,
I cancelled my free trial upgrade and was still charged $99. I want a refund and have no idea where or how to even start to contact WordPress.
Any help is appreciated.

I’ve removed your WordPress.com Premium Plan and refunded the associated charge, as requested. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.

You can try cancelling the upgrade from the My Upgrades page. Instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/If it doesn’t work, and @pmciano doesn’t cancel it for you in the meantime, let us know here.
