Cancelled Upgrade – Unable to use

I have been struggling with building my site after perhaps being too optimistic with my level of skills when it comes to customisation. I tried several plugins but the changing things around I really struggled with and I just can’t build what I want with my current skillset. I spent hours on Youtube but I have a full time job so I am struggling. I do want to build my site but I am going to have to take my time to learn more before splashing out on the full business plan – I got ahead of myself.
I have cancelled the plan but can’t see anything about a refund although I read on a previous forum is was a 30 day period. Could anyone help me with this?

It looks like you found old information as our refund policy changed well over a year ago.
Our current refund policy is that most subscriptions can be canceled for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, or 7 days for subscriptions that are billed monthly. This includes the WordPress.com Personal, Premium, Business, and eCommerce plans.
Also, it looks like you have an open support request with WordPress.com Support already – since this is billing related, you’ll need to wait for them to respond to your email with more information regarding your request.
