Cancelled web premium and domain register

    I purchased my premium package on 01/29/2017. I did not like WordPress. This morning, 01/30/2017, I cancelled my premium package and my domain name. I want to use WIX web design. I need to know what happens to my domain name since I cancelled it with in 24hours. How can I use it for my Wix website? Please advise, Dalton

    Hi there,

    Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and as the warning said on the page where you cancelled it, you should only do that if you don’t want to use the domain any more.

    As you cancelled only a day after buying the domain, it should become available again by the end of this week, but when it does become available again anyone will be able to register it, so there is a risk that you might lose it.

    Alternatively I can restore the domain to your account and help you map it to Wix instead. Then you can transfer it over to them once you’ve owned it for 60 days.
