Cancelled website but still getting charged

My website was cancelled on July 23, 2023, but I was just charged for an annual renewal fee. I have confirmation from you of the cancellation. I do not have a Stripe account. Kindly refund this $19.99 renewal and delete my information.

I checked your WordPress.com account and noticed that you canceled the WordPress.com Premium plan, which was canceled successfully and refunded back on July 22, 2023. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
However, your domain registration for melissa4idaho19.com was still active. It’s a separate subscription (which renews independently of your Premium plan). Because the domain was not canceled, it was automatically renewed for another year.
We have a 96-hour refund period for domain registrations. Since the domain was renewed over two months ago, it’s not eligible for a refund right now. I turned off its auto-renewal so that it no longer renews next year.
Please note that when the domain expires, you risk losing it permanently, and someone else may use it in the future.
