Cancelled within 14 days, where’s my annual plan refund?

    The website is no longer needed and now I cancelled the domain and annual plan as well as deleted the website within 14 days. Please confirm that I will receive a refund for the unused time. Thank you.

    Hi there! It looks like you did cancel your Business subscription on day 14, but for some reason, it didn’t process. I went ahead and processed that for you now. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.

    Regarding the domain, you were not billed for that renewal. Normally you need to cancel a new domain registration or renewal within 96 hours of the charge to get a full refund, but since we never charged you for that renewal, there is no refund due.
