Canceller Premium trial please

  Bonjour, J’ai essayé la version Premium mais finalement, je ne suis pas interessé à utliliser wordpress. J’ai tenté de canceler mon Premium trial, avant la date limite, et j’ai tout de meme été chargé de 129.00$. J’ai recu le message d’erreur suivant:

  “L’option payante n’a pas été annulée et remboursée. Il y a eu un problème avec le remboursement de votre paiement. Veuillez contacter le service d’assistance.”

  J’ai envoyé un message privé le 21 mars pour y remédier et je n’ai pas reçu de réponse…

  Quelqu’un peut m’aider svp? Merci

  I have tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up. You may subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they reply and please be patient while waiting.

  @Staff – The user tried to cancel the Premium trial before the deadline but was still charged for it. Error message: “A pay option has not been canceled and refunded. There was a problem with refund your payment. Please contact the helpdesk.” A private message was sent by the user on March 21 to fix it but hasn’t received a reply.

  Your WordPress.com Premium Plan has been removed and successfully refunded. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
