I don’t want to continue this subscription and have cancelled the PayPal auto pay. Can you tell me if this year’s payment was made prior to me cancelling and if so can you please refund me? thank you. I may use the service at a later date, so can I retain my account? tony Allen

The username you are writing from, tomsnout2, does not have a purchase history on their account. Could you let us know the username or full site address you need help with? Once we know this we can confirm all WordPress.com upgrades have been canceled.
