    I mistakenly purchased wordpress.com jetpack. I want to cancel it. I have the receipt. It says to sign into my account. I did. It does not list that I paid or that I have a membership or anything, but I have a receipt and it is on my site. Please contact me. I am very frustrated with going in circles trying to contact your ‘happiness people’. I am not HAPPY!

    Do you have more than one WordPress.com account? If yes, is it possible that you purchased your Jetpack subscription with another WordPress.com account?

    Sometimes, this is the explanation for others who have had similar troubles.

    While staff can help you cancel from this thread, they typically ask that you login to the WordPress.com account that made the purchase, and want for you to post a follow up request from that account.

    Please check and post again. If you can’t determine the account, please let us know the address of the site that is using the Jetpack subscription, and staff may be able to identify which WordPress.com account made the purchase.
