Cancelling a domain

  Hi,

  I would like to delete my site.

  I am unable to do this because when i click on delete site this message appears

  ” You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.”

  I have figured out that it is referring to my domain name. The problem is i have no way of deleting my domain name so how can i delete my account?

  I’m confused…

  Hi,
  To remove premium upgrades, go to My Upgrades. Click the Settings button (cog icon) and then click Cancel. Follow the prompts.
