Cancelling a domain

  Hi! I want to cancel my subscription of the domain 40daysnwa.com.
  However, when I go to ‘Purchases’, I don’t see any domains listed, but only the Upgrade advertisement. The domain renews in 9 days and I want to cancel the renewal.

  Thanks for getting in touch. This domain, 40daysnwa.com is not connected to the user account that you have posted from here in the forums.

  To cancel the renewal you’ll want to sign in to your other account, there you’ll see the cancel option at Manage Purchases.

  I’ve sent an email to the email address connected with the appropriate account to help you with the sign in credentials.
