Cancelling a domain name

  Hi, I’ve recently cancelled my .com domain url so that I can buy it privately but it’s not showing up. Is this possible? Do I have to wait a certain amount of time for WordPress to release the domain again?

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Oh, that’s an unfortunate situation. Yes, you’ll have to wait awhile. You may lose it altogether. Good luck.
