Cancelling a domain name registration

  Hello,
  I went to my account (Manage Purchases), but there’s nothing there to click so I can cancel my domain name which will auto-renew on Wed (12/15/2016). Can you pls help me.

  Hi Rowena –

  What is the domain URL? It sounds like you may have more than one user account. The option to cancel an upgrade will only be found when logged in to the account that owns the upgrade.
