cancelling a free domain URL

I have 2 domain names under 1 user. Both are free. I would like to cancel one of them. How can I cancel one of these pages. I currently don’t have access to cancel in my upgrades because I haven’t paid a subscription yet.

There is no limit on the number of blogs you’re allowed to have, so I’d recommend setting the second one to private rather than deleting. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
You can then use it as a test blog to try out new themes or import your posts to it periodically as a backup. Deleting it will be permanent and the URL will never be available again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
If you still want to delete it, you can do so from the My Blogs page in the dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
