Cancelling a Premium Theme

  I am considering cancelling my premium theme – ‘Profile’ – and replacing it with a free theme. I have gone to my ‘Upgrades’ page, but it only gives me the option to cancel the domain mapping, not the premium theme. What do I need to do stop being charged for the premium theme and switch to the free one? Thanks

  Hi Monica,

  The Premium Theme is a one time fee and you haven’t been charged for it since the first time you purchased it back in 2013.

  If you want to change the theme, please go to Appearance > Themes and activate any theme you want. The premium theme is yours if you ever want to go back to it.
