Cancelling a purchase

    I purchase an email and domain but I cancelled the domain before cancelling the email. I tried deleting my account but it’s saying that I need to cancel my purchase, which is the email. However I can’t cancel it since the domain is registered even after deleting it. Is there a way to cancel the email purchase?

    I have cancelled the email subscription for your account. You should be able to continue closing the account.

    Thank you. Am I able to recover the domain that I cancelled? I was trying to transfer it to a new host but I’m still new at this. It’s called Contrerasconstruction.org
