The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you need help with? Please don’t post any transaction IDs here, a site address is all I need for now.
You could try logging out of ksternett27, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to. There should be the option to cancel upgrades from the Manage Purchases page in the correct account.
