Cancelling account

    I recently cancelled my WordPress account because I have been unable to update my DNS settings to get my GoDaddy URL to point to the WP site. WordPress sent me a Request to cancel email, however my account still says that it is now over 30 days from purchase date (which was 12/8/15). How do I get my bill to reflect the change? Is there any customer service I can speak with?

    Also, my URL points to an empty WP site. How can I get my DNS settings deleted so I can try using them with another blog account?

    I see that you cancelled your Premium Plan, but the domain mapping wasn’t cancelled. Can you please confirm that you want to cancel that as well?

    Looking at the dates, it is still possible to refund you, so once you confirm about the mapping upgrade I can process that for you.
