Cancelling account

    An intern in our company started a blog for us here at TOKYObay inc, however they were unaware of what they were doing and purchased it for our company about 2 weeks ago. We would love to receive a refund for this purchase as we hardly used it and would not like to go forward with using this platform.

    Please be aware that only the person who is logged in under the username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades for it can claim a refund.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    If you notify us within two days of purchase you may cancel a domain name purchased through WordPress.com and receive a full refund. After cancellation, there is no guarantee that the domain will become available to register somewhere else and you may not be able to get it back. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/cancel-domain/

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  • You can cancel your Bundle and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

    Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.

    Also, please note that only the user who purchased the upgrade can do this.
