cancelling account

  I have just set up an account with my domain name but i realised that i’ve made a mistake and don’t want to join WordPress now as i’m getting someone else to do a website for me. Ive tried following the steps to cancel subscription but it is not giving me the option to cancel, it just says choice of upgrade. What can I do?
