    I want to cancel/close down my account but want to make sure I am not getting charged still

    Hi @lyssahjean, sure thing. You don’t have any charges associated with this account, so you’re welcome to close it as you’d like:

    If you have regular billing here with us, it’s under another username, so could you log out and log back in as that user? Typically you can use the email address that gets billing reminders. Then get in touch again here and we’ll see what’s left.
