Cancelling account

  I pay for WordPress. On my credit card bill it always appears as £51.00. However, I have never used (after initial set up a few years ago and 2 blog posts). It says I have no purchases and no payment history etc. I think I must have set up another WordPress blog – but have forgotten the name of this blog.
  How can I stop paying the £51.00?

  If otherwise, what is the name of your account on the WordPress.com platform you need assistance with?

  How can I stop paying the £51.00?

  It will be helpful to share any additional details about the credit card transaction or a related email informing you of the renewal of services.

  The aubreymcgrath account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, so it sounds like this is an upgrade you have under a different account. You’ll need to be logged into the correct account to cancel this upgrade.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
