Cancelling account

  Hello, I need to cancel my account (sorry!!), but want to make sure it’s absolutely okay at this point. I have transferred my site to wordpress.org and have a host. I’ve also transferred my domain to a new home outside of wordpress.com. I was told at this point I can cancel this account, but just want to be extra sure. I don’t want to delete my site completely from the internet.
