Cancelling account and domain name payment

  I have tried to cancel these but my dashboard shows no purchases so I was unable to cancel. Now I have been billed for another year. How do I cancel without going through my dashboard? Is there someone I can email to cancel them?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  We have absolutely no history of domain names under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What domain name are you trying to cancel?
