Cancelling accounts

I thought I’d cancelled all my accounts last year but then I received a payment transaction. How do I cancel everything?

Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.
Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was recently purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. The last purchase from under this account was August of 2014. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
