Cancelling an auto renewed domain purchase

    My WordPress site domain was on auto renewal and I was just charged with a domain registration purchase. I got the receipt of this order summary thru my e-mail, but this purchase doesn’t appear in my account’s billing history. It just shows the purchase I made last year. How do I cancel this and get my refund? I don’t use this site anymore btw and would rather just delete my account, site, everything but I need my refund first. Thanks!

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
