Cancelling an expired domain

  Hi,

  My domain name expired about 2 months ago and I no longer wish to renew it.

  Despite creating a new primary domain for my site, I still get a pop-up every time I try and view my site (as well as in my sidebar!) telling me that my domain has expired – which I am fully aware of!

  I have followed all the links in ‘support’ to be led round and round in circles and it’s extremely frustrating to not get an answer. It seems rather UN-supportive to me!

  As with most things in this day and age, it takes 2 seconds to take someone’s money for something, but when you try to cancel or don’t want to renew, you have to navigate a labyrinth and practically donate your organs!

  Any help would be super.
