  Hi, I need to cancel my purchases. They are for rivuonline.com. I cannot log into the account as I do not know the email used, nor that password. The last payment was code[redacted for privacy]. Can you please cancel everything in association with this account.

  Once you’ve done that, can you update us here? We’ll need authorization to cancel the domain; once we do that it could be difficult if not impossible to get back.
