Cancelling an upgrade

I’ve attempted three times now today to cancel my Business package. Each time I’ve received a message saying I’ll receive a confirmation email, but so far the email hasn’t come through, and when I go back to the My Upgrades page, the Business package is still listed as one of my subscriptions. The pages are also showing two different dates on which I’ll be charged – June 10 and June 11. Without this confirmation email, I’ve simply removed my credit card information from the system.
Can someone provide me with confirmation (or an alternate solution) that I won’t be charged for this package in the next day or two?
