cancelling an upgrade & posts not showing in Reader

  About 12 hours ago I tried to cancel my upgrade, having completed the free trial, and I still have not received the confirmation email. I checked the junk folder as well.

  Also, my posts don’t seem to be showing up in the Reader, even though I pay careful attention to the number of tags etc. I have had sites on WordPress before and have never had this problem.

  Can you help please?
